A girl’s wish for her 10th birthday.

Happy birthday beautiful Ruby.

I was so worried about how you going to celebrate your 10th birthday due to to this pandemic. Suddenly when you came to me last night and said..

RUBY: Mummy

MUMMY: what?… 🤔

And you were like

RUBY: On my birthday I would like to have a taste of coffee.

MUMMY:🤔but why coffee I wanted to asked her, but the silent voice said just say yes!… So I have agreed for Ruby to have a taste of her first coffee on her birthday.

So she has invited her bestie to come around to have a taste of coffee 😁👁️so watch out on Ruby’s feedback on her 1st time tasting coffee😁.

We have decided to choose costa coffee and others.

I’ve always suffered with hay fever, but this year has been the waist part of my illness. My eyes has been itching badly, my nose is blog feeling tied, watering eyes that never stop dropping, every one who sees me will be asking, what wrong? Why are you crying 😂. Allergic rhinitis, this is where you are allergic to dust or mould, and pollen.

When this happens it irritates the nose which then causes symptoms such as cold.

Allergic rhinitis symptoms are as follows

🌹Running /blocked nose

🌹Sneezing

🌹Itching of the eyes

Solutions to ease the Symptoms

💯See your GP to prescribe steroid nasal spray

💯By rinsing your nose with salt water.

💯Antihistamines

💯Placing a slice of cucumber on your eyes.
